These policies protect both the customer and HEDGE Outdoor Services.

Scope & pricing

Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of estimate.

  • Overgrowth, hidden debris, or access issues can change the work required.
  • If pricing needs to change, we’ll get approval before continuing.
Scheduling & weather

Service days may shift due to weather, equipment issues, or route optimization.

  • We aim for consistent weekly timing when possible.
  • We’ll communicate meaningful delays or reschedules.
Access

Please ensure we can access the service areas on the scheduled day.

  • Gates unlocked
  • Pets secured
  • Hazards removed (toys, hoses, wires, etc.)
  • If access is blocked, a trip charge or reschedule fee may apply.
Property conditions & damage disclaimer

Landscaping work can involve hidden obstacles.

  • Examples: rocks, sprinkler heads, edging wire, buried debris.
  • We’re not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unmarked items.
  • Please mark or identify known hazards before service.
Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Past-due balances may pause future scheduling.
