Typically includes:
  • Lawn mowing
  • Trimming around edges, fences, and obstacles
  • Edging as needed along walkways, driveways, and curbs
  • Blow-off of hard surfaces
  • Hard-surface weed control in visible cracks and edges
  • Light stick/debris pickup before mowing
  • General curb appeal upkeep
Seasonal: Apr–Oct
More Than a Lawn Cut

Our goal is not just to cut the grass and leave. Routine visits are used to keep the property looking maintained from the street — including the lawn, edges, walkways, driveway areas, and visible hard-surface weeds.

What’s Not Included in Routine Visits

Mulch beds, shrub trimming, major cleanups, heavy debris removal, and overgrown conditions are priced separately when needed.

How Often Should a Lawn Be Cut?

Lawn growth changes a lot throughout the season. During peak growing months, waiting too long between cuts can stress the lawn and make it harder to maintain a clean appearance.

Choosing the right mowing frequency helps keep the property looking consistently maintained.

Weekly
Best fit for a consistent appearance, especially during peak growing season. Keeps growth under control and results more predictable week to week.
Benefits
  • More consistent appearance
  • Healthier growth
  • Cleaner mowing results
  • Less clipping buildup
  • Better edge definition
Best for
Appearance and lawn health are a priority.
Every 2 weeks
Workable for budget-conscious customers or slower-growing lawns, but the lawn will vary more between visits. During peak growth, grass can get tall between cuts.
Considerations
  • Grass can be much taller between visits
  • Clipping buildup may occur
  • Appearance can vary more week to week
Best for
A simpler schedule where some variation is acceptable.
Monthly / occasional
Limited and condition-dependent — generally not ideal for routine maintenance. Usually only fits when grass is intentionally kept longer and growth is slow.
Considerations
  • The lawn may become overgrown between visits
  • Extra cleanup may be required
  • Results depend heavily on growth conditions
Not sure which schedule fits?

If you're unsure, we can take a quick look and recommend a schedule based on growth conditions and how consistent you want the yard to look.

Seasonal services

Seasonal services

Seasonal services keep beds, edges, and the yard in shape. Add what you need as the season changes.

Recommended when:
  • Beds have lost definition or weeds are taking over
  • Mulch has thinned and edges need to be re-cut
  • Leaves/debris are building up and the property needs a reset
Spring
  • Spring Cleanup: Debris removal, edging, and a reset after winter.
  • Mulch Installation: Bed edging + mulch install to sharpen lines.
Mid-season
  • Bed Weeding: Hand-weeding to keep beds clean.
  • Shrub / Hedge Trimming: Trims for shape, clearance, and clean lines.
Fall
  • Fall Cleanup: Leaf removal to protect turf going into winter. Most properties need 2–3 visits depending on tree coverage.
As needed
  • Dethatching: When needed to reduce thatch and improve growth.
